Page 1 of 2 1999 год - "Наука, Информация, Сознание" - Санкт-ПетербургObjectives of the Conference: Exchange of ideas, achievements and techniques, discussion of new scientific concepts in biology, consciousness sciences, GDV Bioelectrography, Kirlionics. Topics for discussion:
This list does not pretend for the fullness. Small shift in positions brings about the appearance of new ideas to the given list and its reorientation. Problem is not so to classify and enter thesaurus – for a long time we will be changing notions and positions, as this Science in the process of creation only - it is important to exchange results and opinions for the current moment of development. This moment gives a unique possibility for bridges between science and spirituality, that will create new life spans for future generations and will move mankind to new stage of development. Science, education, cultures – all Western life-stile need more spiritual approach. In particular, dialogue in the medicine in need of methods of complex, system, holistic approach to the person as a whole and renovation of idea of body-and-spirit treatment as a saint act attracts more and more attention in scientific community, political circles and between common public. New scientific study in frontier areas of body – consciousness – spirit including effects of meditation, quantum coherence, distant healing, remote charging of food and water, unconditioned love and prayers inspire researchers for study of subtle, informational processes in life defining influence upon all processes of human development. This will help Mankind to restore lost art of happy life, in harmony with surrounding nature and with itself. We are witnessing a strong interest in mysticism, in psychic phenomena, a rediscovery of holistic approaches to health and healing and last but not the least, a strong feminist awareness. Ideas of Human's role as a spiritual force of the Universe grow up and develop in western scientific community. Movement in this direction will inevitably create new outstanding results and help solving a lot actual practical problems. Congress Organizing Committee President: Konstantin Korotkov, (Russia), Members: Prof. Sergey Kolmakow (Finland) Working languages: English, Russian. RESOLUTION We the participants of the Congress SIS 1999, working in different scientific fields (biology, medicine, physics, psychology, mathematics, etc) representative of 17 countries have resolved that. The Congress was successful in terms of organization and in the presenting a wide range of scientific topics for discussion. Modern science is on the verge of fundamental change in the approach to the study of biological systems. In the light of recent scientific achievements it can be postulated that the most productive approach to the study of biological objects is a holistic one, which considers biological objects as complex, dynamic and wave structured. We recognize that Bioenergyinformatics, which appears at the junction of the different sciences, is the science of the 21st century. Bioelectrography is becoming more popular all around the world and can be considered as the leading method of such study, as a non-invasive, fast and extremely informative method of studying bio-energy, bio-energetic structures and connections between living and non-living objects. The participants of the congress endorsed the great contribution of American, Brazilian, British, Dutch, Georgian, German, Indian, South African, Portuguese, Russian, Slovene, Spanish, Swedish and Ukrainian scientists in the development and popularization of the new paradigm. Their achievements in the interpretation of BEO-graphical pictures have significantly increased the quantity of Bioenergetic information and is now extending the area of interpretative methodology. The computerised GDV-camera designed by Dr. Korotkov is now recognized as the preferred and most convenient device for the research and diagnosis of energy-informative structures. However, the lack of defined methodology in interpretation of the BEO-grams still restricts the mass use of the method. There remains a necessity for the integration of accumulated practical experience firstly to publish a definitive manual for the GDV camera and secondly to produce a comprehensive study of the new science of Bioenergyinformatics. Recognising the importance of these new practical and theoretical methods of biosystem research, based in a systematic approach and following the principle of holism (primarily within the areas of humanism, spirituality, integrative and applied sciences) in improving communication and understanding between all people of whatever race, nationality or faith; participants of Congress SIS 1999 further resolved that. A database be created of human BEO-grams classified by topics; each unit to be composed of 10 BEO-grams and Abstract. All GDV users should be encouraged to contribute and publication should be through the Internet and/or on CD-ROM. (It was noted that adding an image compression facility to the GDV software would facilitate the wider circulation of information). Our efforts should be joined together to create an international organisation, “Science, Information, Spirit” promoting spiritual science through the establishment of regional centres throughout the world to coordinate research and training in Bioenergyinformatics. We are supporting an offer of our colleagues from Georgia to establish a new scientific Journal dedicated to Bioelectrography, Bioinformatics and related topics. It is our hope that this movement will contribute to peace and understanding on Earth through the scientific, spiritual and cultural integration of the whole planet in our shared future. We are all one. Addendum: Signature List – 128 signatures |
