For 12 years annually in the time of White Nights in Saint Petersburg more than 200 researches from all over the world are gathering to discuss new results and ideas, establishing bridges between Western Science, Oriental Wisdom and modern Technologies. • The form of submitting abstracts:  
  up to 3 pages of text including figures and references; 
  format MS Word, À4 - Times New Roman, spacing 1;  
  title – bold capital letters, 14 pt;  
  author(s), organization(s), e-mail - 12 pt; (centered alignment);  
  main text - 14 pt. (alignment without word division); 
  margins - 25 mm from all sides;  
  indent - 1,25 mm (format-indent-first line-1,25); 
  all figures are accepted in black-and white only;

     Introduction

     One of the application fields of video images analysis systems is Gas Visualization Technique (GDV). Gas discharge visualization is a relatively new, intensively developing technique that can be applied in various fields, such as: medicine, physics, psychophysiology, cosmetology and others. The method is based on obtaining information about inner properties of various objects by video image  analysis of the induced gas discharge glow near the objects in high-intensity electromagnetic field registered with the GDV Camera.

     The modern level of computer technologies and hardware means of digital video photography made it possible to develop another technique – dynamic GDV based on analysis of GDV-video shot within a fixed time interval.   

     System analysis structure

     General structure of the main blocs of the system is shown in figure 1. each separate module has been realized as a library of object-oriented components.
