Faith and knowledge, religion and science are different paths of comprehension of TRUE, ways of creation of the purposes, tasks, motives and acts of the people. The fullest interpretation of concept of health of the man, family, kind, society is their potential ability to survival and continuation of life. The history of mankind displays, that the mechanism of reaching of health is retrieved a long time ago.
A faith and repentance are the basis of the mechanism of reaching of health. In religion the bio-energy-informative process providing health is named as a repentance and pray. It is possible to speak both about the process, and about a specific state of a pray, both for the separate man, and for the society as a whole. The most essential moment in this state is the information openness.
It is possible to tell, that the composite bio-system for maintenance of the normal operation in essence should periodically use special adjusting modes, at which one there is a refinement and mutual coordination of parameters of separate devices of the system. During such set-up not only the destroyed links are restored, but also the indispensable units are synthesized.
The similar state of “set-up” can be reached is more lighter and more correctly during a pray, but also and other ways. The healers of the most different schools are use transition to such state of the bio-system of the man for restoring vital activity of separate organs, functional subsystems and organism as a whole. Thus they as go into this state, and originate it for the patients. For this purpose they are use or purely pray, or other techniques (bio-energy-informative simulation, different meditative technique etc.).
One of main indices of health of the society is the crime rate. Existing in the society the religious-moral principles , acceptance of aim of a faith and repentance are promote lowering of this level.

From it their are dramatic problems of extremely aggravating and an increase weight of crams by elimination of the attestors. And any other violations of law, misconductes against conscience and morals are based on possibility of an information cover-up.
Let’s present a world in a situation, when it is considered scientifically demonstrated that it is in essence impossible to hide the information on the involvement in a crime, as well as any other information. The criminality in general becomes impossible in a considerable scales. The separate cases will stay only. Thus the relationships of the people become absolutely diverse. The set of negative events will vanish. It will be possible to speak about is nonmeasurable more excellence of health of the society.
Thus, the bio-energy-informative processes are major at the analysis of mechanisms of healing both man, and whole society. But it is necessary to note, that the laws of development and existence, as well as property of these processes have weakly studied at now. There are many ways and methods of learning of such processes in composite systems. A widespread scientific method is usage of simulation.
